The “get a quote” page on the Homesmart website takes you through all the questions necessary to configure the smart heating system you choose for your house.

When we agree the installation date with you, we will ask you to send us (via WhatsApp, email or text) photos showing your boiler layout, your hot water tank (if you have one) and the types of valves on your radiators.

These photos enable us to prepare and plan for a quick and efficient installation of your smart heating system.  They also allow us to double check for any unexpected issues before installation.

Please also look at our list of boilers for which we cannot provide service and repairs as part of our membership offer.

You are always welcome to call us to discuss your situation or any concerns.  If your needs are complex, our configurator will automatically ask you to call us.

Please note that having Wi-Fi connectivity in your house is a required for all Homesmart smart heating solutions.
