Homesmart Membership is evolving

Initially we launched with an inclusive membership package - a premium service plan costing £25 / month. This provides: on-site, telephone and online support; auto-switching of energy supplier; extended warranty on all smart technology: boiler service; annual boiler cover including parts and labour.

The membership offers excellent value compared to the cost of similar packages from people like British Gas.  But some people have told us they don't need all its elements - for instance, if they’re already tied into a Boiler Cover plan.

Choice of service plans from Homesmart

In response to customer feedback we are now offering 3 levels of service plan from £7 / month up to £25 / month.  Our membership package is rebranded as service plan Level 3; while our new Levels 1 and 2 offer great value for those who don’t need all the elements in Level 3.

Homesmart Service Plan
Level 1 
offers all the technical support necessary to keep things running smoothly, even free on-site support.  When things change or you’re unsure of settings, you can just give us a call or email us.  If we can’t sort it out online or on the phone, we’ll come out to get it right.

It also includes extended warranty on all the products you bought from us for as long as the service plan continues.  Plus you get an auto-switching service which puts you on the lowest energy plan automatically.

All this comes for only £7 per month.

Homesmart Service Plan
Level 2
includes all the features of Level 1 plus an annual boiler service.  We make sure your boiler is running safely and efficiently and you don’t need to remember when this needs to be done – we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable date.   The Level 2 plan is only £14 per month.

Homesmart Service Plan
Level 3 
adds cover for your boiler and heating to all the elements of Level 2.  This includes the parts and labour for any necessary repairs and covers boiler, pump, controls and radiators.  And it’s just £25 / month.
